Why can't we convince the Institute that those on Earth just need a new chance and that we can help reach an agreement? ..

Second point With events in progress there will be a possibility to lead the institute so why can't I use this feature to make agreements and consultations with the surface instead of using it to control, manipulate, and conduct experiments... I mean, I'm really popular with people and at the same time has the latest technological means in the world, meaning that I can create an area that is the strongest and most developed.
