Fallout 4 How to have a peaceful ending without destroying the Institute

It`s time for me to tell my full theory about the correct ending of Fallout 4

First i will start with the fact that the player is the leader of the Minutemen a military group that will gain power with every new settlement the player manage to recruit.

Going further with the story the player will help the BOS forces in the police station and gain Maxon's trust which will allow him to join the BOS.

After a while he will manage to find out about the institute and the teleportation they use to go in and out which will help him to know the two remaining factions the Railroad and the institute, and here everything changes.

You will continue working for the four faction until the point Father make you his successor and here i should mention by the as for the normal story you will have to decide which faction you will support so i think their should be (( ANOTHER CHOICE HERE )) the Minutemen will stay away from the flight until you order them, the BOS won't be able to fight with out the Beryllium Agitator to activate there giant robot and the Railroad only want to save their Synth, So the change should start from inside the institute it self by convincing theme to rethink about there strategy about the commonwealth a suggestion which Father will definitely refuse but guess what their is a solution and it's called Dr.Madoson Lee

We can convince her to build a replication for Father a Synth programmed to actually use the institute resource to help the commonwealth of course under you guidance. With that we can get the institute out of the equation which will leave us with the BOS ( Are you thinking what I'm thinking? ) 🤔 Yes ! Exactly we have Danse how is a Synth and he was convinced that to all sorts of technology are harmful for the Humanity, by making him challenge Maxon for the leadership of the BOS (( a deleted part of the original story )) we can change the way the BOS think and make with an organized force it's main goal is to supervise how the technology is used, they can also help the Minutemen. And now we have three factions out of the equation.
